Yangcong didn't need to sleep, so spending his time 24/7 in creating androids was his thing and working on his latest project which was creating the ultimate android to combat the saiyans was definitely a hard task for anyone to achieve. His memory served him correctly, when a giant ape had mouth beam him with an attack. That memory never left him, which is why he continues to fight the good fight in trying to save his planet and other cities from a potential disaster.  Everything was going according to plan, he had just found the new machine part for the android so that he could install it into the android so that the android would have a cooling system if they were to overheat in attacking their foes. However he had to now do a side quest as a scientist rushed into his laboratory in a quick panic.

"DR YANGCONG! We are in grave danger! Dr York has just been severely injured and is in the hospital!"

He turned to look at the scientist with a raised brow.

"What you mean attacked? by who?"

The alarms now going off and Yangcong rushing over to the medical room in a quick panic like the other scientist had done. After arriving, he saw that the androids were working on Dr York with great care and Yangcong had now walked over to Dr York who was still conscious and looking at him with a slight chuckle.

"I did something stupid Yangcong..."

"Tell me what is going on?"

"You remember the organic organ we had found on that alien species we had collected just a week ago?"

"Yea what about it?"

"I had decided to implant that organ into one of our experiments and well.. the organ was healing all of the wounds that the experiment had suffered from a previous incident. The third degree burns all over their body was completely healed like it had never happened to begin with."

"You are talking about the victim that was set a blaze in an apartment complex and brought here to be saved? You had decided to take the risk of giving them a new organ without us testing to see what this organ could do?"

"Its not like we have a lot of donors just showing up and the organ we did get from the alien species was a match for our own species. So I didn't think there would be any harm in just implanting the organ and running some test. I was wrong.. the organ started the healing process. What made matters worst was the victim now wants revenge for the bastard that had harm them. But it gets worst Yangcong... there strength is beyond human levels..."

"Thats why we have to first study before we do something this reckless... I will handle the problem don't worry about it."

Yangcong heading over to his office and changing from his lab coat to his vest and suit attire. He now had to show just how strong he has gotten since the last time he was sent out to the field. Heading over to the local police department, he was now speaking to the receptionist over there.

"Hello, my name is Yangcong and I would like to speak with Captain Barns please."

"I'm sorry but the Captain is busy with administrative things. We can get a LT out here if you want."

"Just tell the Captain it's Dr Yangcong."

After a few seconds in talking trough his radio, the Captain had showed up and speaking with Yangcong in private about the matter.

"I need access to who was the suspect involved in burning the victim at 55st in Ocean."

"I can't just give records like that out... You have to request them..."

"Those androids you wanted in your task force. Do you still want them done by the end of the week?"

"Just this one time Yangcong.."

The captain had walked to the back and bringing out the paperwork of the suspect.

"Is there a reason you needed this information in the first place?"

"You don't have to worry about it. Just continue your duties."

Yangcong taking the paper and going about his business. Yangcong arriving at the suspects address which was an apartment complex as well. Yangcong arriving just in time to now be staring at the experiment about to break down the suspects door.

"Jacob you don't want to do this. Don't try to exact your revenge. It isn't worth it."

The experiment had now focused his attention to Yangcong.

"He was the reason this happened to me! He almost killed me!"

"And we as scientist have saved your life. We can have the police handle this situation. He will be spending his time behind bars."

"That's not enough for me! He will suffer!"

The experiment had attempted to break down the door, Yangcong was quick enough to grab the experiment's wrist and side kick them straight to a wall at the end of the hallway. Now slumped over and a bit dazed, the experiment now pulling out a lighter and some gasoline oil that he had brought with him and began to set the apartment complex on fire. Now setting himself a blaze, his wounds started to heal up so much faster than the wounds could even continue to happen.

"You don't need to do this!"

Yangcong was quick to press his button on his chest, which allowed five androids to come into the building from the windows of the hallway and shooting out tons and tons of water to cool down the area and stopping the fire that the experiment had started on themselves. While the experiment was distracted by being drenched in water, Yangcong was quick to strike the experiment straight in their liver and knocking them out with a straight punch to their stomach. The experiment waking up hours later at the Red Ribbon HQ and being cuffed to the bed. The organ that they had once had was removed from them and a new organ was found on the black market. Yangcong stood over the experiment with both his hands in his lab coat pockets.

"Your life was saved a second time. You don't have the organ inside of you and we had to go through get lengths and a lot of money to get a new one for you."

"What?! You took away my healing powers!"

"I did, I had to go through great lengths to get it. You won't be leaving this facility anytime soon. You will spend the rest of your days here. Its unfortunate since we now have to make use of you since we had to spend a lot of money on covering up the situation you had done and I don't like wasting money."

Yangcong walking away and the scientist who was injured had been healed up and assigned to a new area of the facility.
